This Valentine's Day, enjoy a special moment at Corralito Steakhouse! We have prepared a special four course menu designed for sharing. Starting with our Classic Carioca cheese to share, heart shaped, served with onions and cilantro, following a salad of your choice. (Ceasar or House). For the main course we will have a 10 oz boneless New York cut, served in a red wine reduction with sautéed mushrooms and asparagus. Great experience. Definitely worth it. Recommend you to make a reservation because this place was packed. They honor reservations which is amazing. Excellent service, our server was very polite and would often check on our table. The food tasted amazing.

This location does not know how to book reservations. They severly over booked. Had a dinner reservation on Valentines day for 6:15. It's was already 6:45 and at least 10 different couples had not been sat and they had 6 pm reservations. More and more people kept coming in for their scheduled time and continued to fill the limited seating areas both indoors and outdoors. Reservations are apparently an issue with this location based on other reviews.

Food was just ' OK'. Service was mediocre at best. Ambience was below average for a restaurant that expects a credit card on file for reservations. Far too many steakhouses in Rl Paso to be mediocre.

We were taking my in-laws to dinner. The only good thing I could say really was the server was nice. We started with an appetizer, queso fundido, which arrived cold and three tortillas for four people. When we asked them to warm it up, they did, but initially tried to blame it on the type of cheese. We ordered, and three of us ordered rib-eyes (one rare, two medium) and the all arrived well done. Also, there were three rib-eyes on the menu, two boneless, one bone-in. We did not specify which one (nor were we asked), but we were charged for the most expensive one. We each had a baked potato...supposedly loaded, but an uncooked baked potato had more butter that these did. Aside from being overcooked, the steaks were very thin. The atmosphere, well...it was bright and clean...but run down and LOUD. We were seated next to a wall, which was supposed to be a dark brown...but was covered in scratches. The volume in the restaurant was so loud we could barely hear the server, whom was very softspoken. Dishes were cleared without asking if we wanted a box to take anything home. When the bill arrived, and the credit card was taken...the slip was returned with a charge amount that exceeded the original receipt by almost seven dollars...with no explanation. The food, while overcooked and bland, was decent...but very overpriced. Again, the only really nice thing I can say was our server was nice. We rarely tip under 20-25%, but this time we went with the industry standard of 18%...and that was only because of the server. Otherwise it would have been 12-15%. Not a place I would recommend or would be willing to give a second chance again...at least for awhile....they could have just been having an off night.

Excellent food and service. My wife and shared the Garlic Mushrooms as an appetizer, a small House Salad, for our entree we had a 10oz Filet Mignon and and a baked potato. For dessert we had the Tres Leches with fresh fruit on top. All for $56!

The food and ambience was good. I got the tampiquena with a red enchilada. I wasn’t a big fan of the enchilada but everything else was good. The queso fundido with chorizo was excellent. The server didn’t come by to fill drinks often, so we went long stretches with empty glasses. It was around 4:00 so there weren’t very many people in the restaurant yet. If you have notes that you put in Open Table such as a table request or a special occasion, I wouldn’t bother, they didn’t look at it at the restaurant so I had to ask anyway. So I would just wait to ask til you get there. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back.

I arrived and get the table on time. My wife and me got our drink quickly and the service was very fast and nice. My wife and me were celebrating 30 years anniversary. Thank you for you great service.
