Welcome to Corrado's Cucina, a new Italian restaurant & pizzeria conveniently located at the intersection of Arthur Kill Rd and Richmond Ave. in the Great Kills area of Staten Island. As a family-owned and operated establishment, we take pride in offering a dining experience that captures the essence of home-cooked meals and cherished family gatherings. From mouthwatering Neapolitan-style pizzas with perfectly crispy crusts to savory pasta dishes that melt in your mouth, our menu features items that cater to the young and old alike.



We are a welcoming space where families gather, friends toast, and memories are created.     First time there . Excellent food and very friendly service. Calamari and baked clams delicious . Pasta , white clam sauce delicious. Espresso martini made with baileys (waiters suggested) strong but smooth and so good. Cappuccino was a perfect ending to a great meal. DJ set up around 8:00 and we were afraid that we would not be able to hear each other talk because we were right in front of DJ but sound level was perfect dinner background music. All in all very please .Will definitely be back

    The food and service are always consistent and excellent. I’ve been here with a group of friends as well as with my young children and the staff are always accommodating and attentive.

    It was a get together with friends. We chatted while waiting for the last one to arrived. The one server checked on us multiple times, not in an annoying way. Some of us ordered drinks. After a while, the last one of the group arrived. We chatted again while we tried to decide what we wanted. The server was still not annoyed at us. It wasn't busy on a Wednesday night. Still we sat there for good half an hour just chatting. Finally ordered. My dish, Brazilian sea bass, was excellent. I haven't had one that was bad yet. Everyone's dish looked well presented. The dishes were not cheap but worth it with the atmosphere for the night. I have been here on a weekend. It was crazy, but the service was still good. The noise level was better on a weekday than weekend. We had one drink on the house because he forgot the drink. We tipped well, not like the story of $1,000 (LOL), because the server was patient and good with us. I would recommend the food and service.

    The food was delicious and drinks were excellent. Our server, Andres, was friendly and attentive. The mussels in white sauce were delicious and perfectly cooked. Everyone was raving about their entrees - the pistachio pesto sauce was incredible. We’ll definitely be back!

    It was overall a great experience but the dj was just toooo loud could barely hear the waiter and could barely hear my date but overall loved the place

    I thought the experience at Colorado‘s was fantastic. I thought it was fantastic because we had a Valentine’s Day menu with seven courses maybe more unlimited drinks for $125. I feel like you cannot get a better deal anywhere else. Fantastic deal would definitely come back again The service and the atmosphere was also amazing. Definitely a great place especially for Valentine’s Day.

    1st time here and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff was great. We definitely loved it. Music was a plus. Will be back!
