Cork & Flame can trace its history back to 2004 when Roger Strohl opened The Vineyard Wine Market. After a successful 13 years, The Vineyard has joined forces with Chef Justin Hayes and partners to form a unique combination of fine dining, tapas and wine market, offering customers a single culinary experience. In addition to the fine dining, tapas and wine market, the Cork and Flame hosts wine tastings, wine dinners, and private party events.

From beginning to end the experience was awesome. My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary at Cork & Flame. The staff, food, ambiance were perfect. Wine selection was amazing. I will definitely return!

Cork & Flame never disappoints!! Our waiter, Paul, was great, the food was superb and we had the best Malbec wine ever! I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant and I highly recommend it!

This is a fine dining restaurant, and usually it is very good. On this trip the ambiance was nice - it was very crowded with holiday diners. The server worked hard to go above and beyond, but unfortunately he was overly present - every few minutes coming by to interrupt our conversation, and just a bit too chatty. The food was good, but not great. I had the filet mignon, and my friend had the red snapper. Both were good, but not exceptional, and this restaurant is usually exceptional. Overall not a bad visit, but just non memorable.

The food was absolutely incredible. I might’ve had the best fillet I’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection and so tender I barely needed a knife. The wild boar was well seasoned, and fell off the bone. Delicious! The service was wonderful and the cocktails were amazing. The Johnny Appleseed was delicious and the eagle rare old-fashioned was so well-made. The espresso martini left a little bit to be desired but all in all the cocktails were great. The deconstructed apple pie dessert was the best. The sticky toffee pudding was a little too thick but the homemade ice cream was delicious. The Ube crème brûlée was very interesting… not your typical crème brûlée because it wasn’t really custard… the base texture was more like the lava and a lava cake. Very flavorful. The service was great. The pallet cleansers between meal servings were delicious. I will absolutely go back on my next trip to Evans, Georgia. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience in terms a food attentiveness and service from all the staff. I feel like I'm going to a Michelin star restaurant.

We had an amazing time and the food was excellent. We were even greated with two glasses of 🍾 when we arrived because it was our anniversary. Our server James was great. He anticipated our needs and was so much fun to interact with. Will definitely request him the next time we visit.

My experience at the restaurant was nothing short of exceptional, from the moment I checked in to the time I left. There's something so refreshing about being greeted with a warm smile from the hostess; it instantly sets the tone for a wonderful evening. We even shared a lighthearted moment that made me feel right at home. My server, Addison, was bursting with energy and radiated genuine gratitude, enhancing the overall dining experience. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the vegetable harvest dinner prepared by the chef. I can hardly find the words to describe how incredible it was—delicious doesn’t do it justice! The dish featured a delightful medley of bok choy, vibrant carrots, perfectly seasoned chili crunch potatoes, and savory mushrooms, all enveloped in a sauce that was nothing short of magical. As a chef myself, I was truly impressed by the flavors and presentation. I can confidently say that I would order this dish again and again—it was utterly fulfilling and simply perfect! This restaurant has certainly earned my highest recommendation.
