Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region. Indoor and outdoor dining available.

Specializing in farm-to-table, New American and California Cuisine, with a focus on scratch cooking.

Outdoor seating is seasonally available on our covered patio. Reservations can not be guaranteed if the patio needs to close due to weather related events. We always recommend bringing layers to stay warm on cooler nights.

We create custom menus driven by the seasons that exceed expectations, make lasting memories, and enhance the guest experience. Catering platter pick up, and full service off-site event catering are available.

Our dinner was delicious-- after a small plate of tostadas, we shared surf and turf and added a side of roasted broccolini. Dessert was the always incredible and surprising pistachio crusted goat cheese cheesecake (it's creamy and crunchy and a bit salty, with a bit of honeycomb for contrast). Javi is a truly awe inspiring chef, and the crew is wonderful.

Service was excellent. The food was overall delicious but we were disappointed with the goat cheese cake for dessert.

My first visit. Service was outstanding. The homemade pastas were delicious. The goat cheese cheesecake was outstanding. Will spread the word.

What a surprise! We've eaten in every fine restaurant in the Capital District at least twice, many more throughout the world and without question Coray gave us an unexpected experience rarely achieved. From the restaurant's ambiance to the it's unique food choices, presentation and taste were all special. On a Wed night the place was full especially the seats at the Bar were all taken. Quite pricey especially for Delmar BTW where I grew up but well worth it. They don't need to advertise this chef and place are special.

Amazing meal. Server, Zan was super attentive, but far from annoyingly so. From the aperol spritz, carrot small plates, clam linguini and spinach pastas w/scallops… my friends and I had a blast. Chocolate mousse and goat cheese cake were something very special. It was a great crowd on a Wednesday night! This is the place to go!!! Thank you Coray!!!
