Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region. Indoor and outdoor dining available.

Specializing in farm-to-table, New American and California Cuisine, with a focus on scratch cooking.

Outdoor seating is seasonally available on our covered patio. Reservations can not be guaranteed if the patio needs to close due to weather related events. We always recommend bringing layers to stay warm on cooler nights.

We create custom menus driven by the seasons that exceed expectations, make lasting memories, and enhance the guest experience. Catering platter pick up, and full service off-site event catering are available.

Join us for a memorable three or four-course dinner this New Year's Eve! A lively atmosphere will welcome you to savor and celebrate. Chef Javier Villatoro will create a special seasonal menu to ring in 2025 in style. Start the night with fresh shucked oysters on the half shell if you'd like to extend to the four-course option. Optional wine pairings will be offered for an additional $75/person.

Coray is a wonderful restaurant and the food is amazing! We have never had a bad meal! Our server Sam was so attentive and friendly it made our evening very special!

We had such a nice evening dining at Coray. The minute we walked in the door we felt the warm welcome of their Team. The menu gave us so many options, it was hard to choose. The cadence of food delivery was perfect, and the food was amazing. We finished our evening sharing a dish of the best ice cream I have ever had in my 62 years on earth. The entire experience was an absolute treat. Thank you!

First time try at this restaurant. 4:30-5:30 raw oysters at the bar. The oysters were properly shucked, ice cold and delicious. Dinner offerings are rather limited. We had the octopus appetizer and shrimp appetizer. Presentation for each was inviting, shrimp were crisp to the bite cooked perfectly and the octopus could have been an entree. Even the small squashed potatoes with the octopus were a nice tasty addition. Halibut was an excellent entree. My paired protein and side, scallops and potato gratin, were wonderful. For dessert we shared a dish of house made caramel butter pecan ice cream. It was amazingly decadent. In all, our experience was all positive and we look forward to perhaps a more extensive menu at our return visit.

Our dinner was delicious-- after a small plate of tostadas, we shared surf and turf and added a side of roasted broccolini. Dessert was the always incredible and surprising pistachio crusted goat cheese cheesecake (it's creamy and crunchy and a bit salty, with a bit of honeycomb for contrast). Javi is a truly awe inspiring chef, and the crew is wonderful.
