Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

First time trying this restaurant. Ambiance and service was very good. A bit noisy due to the hard wall surfaces and subsequent reverberation of sound. The tacos, the mussels and the scallops were delicious. Unfortunately my wife selected the salmon and it was terrible - no flavor and both tasted and smelled “fishy”. She should have sent it back.

I did make a reservation. Arrived on time and was taken to my table upon arrival. The host was professional. My sever Alexis was friendly and during the meal checked in with me to make sure things were good. Sat outside it as a cool night but they had heaters on so it was perfect. Live music it was not too loud. Suggestion, they should plant some herbs in their planters.

Nice new restaurant in our area. We went Monday night and it was noisy, can’t imagine what it would be like on a weekend. We did have some friends that went on a weekend and commented on how loud it was. I’m amazed that being a brand new place they didn’t figure out some better noise reduction system.

At the last minute we had to bring our baby and they were very accommodating to change our table and put us in a great place to enjoy our dinner. The food was great and healthy. We will be back.

Excellent service by Ayla and her vast knowledge of the menu. We had a great time and the food was wonderful. Thanks for making my wife birthday brunch perfect

This was our first visit to this location. Parking was limited and challenging. Walked into the restaurant and immediately noticed the noise level was very loud. Four of us in our party, two from out of town. Difficult to have a conversation. The staff was accommodating seating us at a standard table versus a high-top. Service was extremely friendly and professional. Drinks and food delivered timely. Shrimp and grits delicious. Handheld sandwiches were tasty. We will return to give it another try.

Really unique menu with really great food! We loved everything we ordered. Cool place too! Great ambiance and feel to the restaurant. Heaters on the patio kept us perfectly comfortable on a chilly night. Look forward to trying their brunch menu. Can’t wait to go back!
