Oh my gosh, I thought it was going to be a mad house. Not only was everyone relaxed and calm. Our waitress CiCi was the BEST!! We never had to look for her. We never had to ask for anything. She was a mind reader. Hands down the best server I have had in years! I told her there and then. Thanksgiving was amazing thanks to Coopers Hawk and CiCi!!! The food was perfection, the wait time non existent, drinks refilled as if she was a mind-reader...love love love this place. Our first time at this newly built establishment and would not hesitate to go again!! Delish!!!!

Always amazing. The food is so good and the staff is always phenomenal. For a chain especially, it really is just so good and personal.

I just love Cooper’s Hawk! I have never had a bad meal at the restaurant. Thanksgiving 2024 was wonderful, we had a very nice Thanksgiving at Cooper’s Hawk in Montgomery, IL. Cici was our waitress and she was a gem💎 She was so attentive, friendly, informative, nice, hard working, and just an over great person. The food was awesome, as always, of course there was a doggie bag for me to nibble on later. Another home run Copper’s Hawk! Thank you to all the employee’s who took time away from their families to take care of mine❤️🙏

We did a wine tasting prior to eating and Tia was great! Our meal was outstanding and delicious (hats off to Chef Tony), we had wonderful service from Umberto, and were even visited at our table by Chip asking about our food and experience. Everything was excellent! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had an excellent visit in the Montgomery location! Tasting room we had Jamie and she was fabulous! Matt was our server and he took great care of us! My husband ordered filet medallions and they were cooked perfect! We picked up wine after and Sasha & Paul were so friendly.

We were told that we were being seated in “a quiet booth in the bar area.” There is no such thing! It was extremely loud and made conversation very difficult. In addition, one member of our group ordered one of the specials but was told that it wasn’t available (at 6:00 in the evening) and made another choice. After a while, our server, who was wonderful, stopped by to check on us and said that our food should be right out. As she walked away, another person walked up to tell another member of our group that his entree was no longer available either and he needed to choose another. So half of our party had to settle for an alternative to their chosen meal. That said, the food was good when it arrived. We felt that some of the portions were smaller than expected for the price. The highlight of our visit was definitely our server.
