Conversate is proud to provide traditional steakhouse fare with Chef Mike's modern flair. The warm contemporary atmosphere will draw you in and our attentive, experienced team will welcome you and tend to your every need. Our goal is to create a dining experience that you can rely on and crave until your next visit.

At Conversate we only use local fresh seasonal produce. Our meat is premium, using usda and certified angus prime cuts. Our seafood comes in fresh daily to ensure maximum freshness and quality.. our oysters are harvested 4 days before we receive them... freshness and quality premium ingredients is what we stand for and will not compromise ever on this.

Beautiful hidden gem, two floors although we sat down stairs. Patio is huge, it's winter so it's closed right now. Friendly staff and amazing food, the Steak melts in your mouth. You don't even need the knife. Totally recommended. Going back in the summer to experience the patio atmosphere.

Amazing food, expensive for Hamilton, a large event upstairs made it very noisy in dining area, not as intimate as setting as I had hoped for. But the food was delicious

My wife and I went to Conversate for her birthday. This was the first time we went there but heard great reviews and comments from friends. My wife ordered her Filet "well done" and I ordered oysters as an appetizer and Rack of lamb as my main. My wife's filet was medium rare and not even close to what she ordered. My lamb was served medium, just as I asked. The waitress was very helpful and said they would cook her a new steak or take the one she served and have them cook it longer. We chose to have them cook it longer and suggested they butterfly it. So here we are having a birthday dinner at a high end restaurant and my wife gets to watch me eat and then by the time the steak came back I get to watch her eat. Not a fun experience at all. They did comp the filet which was a nice gesture and offered us a comp desert which we turned down At that stage we were not interested in extending our stay.

Always a great dining experience. Food and service was top notch and the ambiance is what should be expected for intimate parties.

We visited Conservate before going to Theatre Aquarius. As there were six of us, we were all treated to an exception dinner. All did confirm, the appetizers and entrees were fantastic. Our server Maria was friendly, discussed meal options, drinks and never skipped a beat. I did not know prior to attending your restaurant, that there is a 20% discount on meals when visiting Theatre Aquarius. Even without the discount, we will return, it is certainly worth the visit.
