Join us for our traditional 3 course (£19.95) or 2 course (£15.95) festive menu. Christmas is so much more than just the big day itself and we'll keep the festivities going all the way through December into the bright lights of 2025! Our 2 or 3 course festive menu is available from 20th November to 31st December and we've got a table waiting for you! Secure your booking now with a £5pp deposit.

Great pub, beautiful village! We really enjoyed the food and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We went for a Sunday lunch with our children.

Consistently tasty, piping hot food served by friendly staff who can’t do enough to help. Portions are very big so have yet to try deserts but by the looks of them when others are eating then , they look just as good as the Sunday roasts.

Lovely service, very nice to our dog. My portion of Mac Cheese was very small other than than very pleasant.

Had the plant based burger with cheese. Very nice, served hot, crunchy fries. Very tasy. Bit of a wait (20 mins). Service good. Would go there again.

I've lived in the area for several years but never been here for a meal... Until now. The whole experience was very good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and I couldn't resist the apple crumble. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout. Drinks and food were competitively priced. The evening itself was thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you, and yes I will be back.

Booked on line reserving a table for 5pm Saturday. First time visit travelling from S13. On our way received phone call advising don't do food after 4pm Saturdays! Very disappointed. Luckily found a nice place at Bradfield.

It was the best Sunday Lunch I've ever had. With an astounding pint of farmers blonde. Incredible.

Only reason my food is 4 not a 5 maybe chunkier chips with fish and chips. But I am being picky! Was fantastic. The waiter/bar man was great really helpful and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere. I will definitely go back.
