   $$ Located in one of the lower income neighborhoods of Tampa. The building resembles a rundown house posing as a restaurant. Self parking was almost non-existent which caused you to valet. Flat rate was twenty bucks. Everyone was patted down by the off duty cop out front. All large reservations, six and above, were automatically seated outside on the porch where the single speaker drowned out all conversations even with the person sitting next to you. YES, it was LOUD as hell. Food was seasoned and tasty. All servers were dressed in spandex bottoms and T-shirt tops, but very attentive. Overall experience was a low two. I am a black islander who has been living in Tampa for about years and I feel we were let down by this restaurant, who's prices did not equal it's location, service and overall environment. In fact, I had to make up my wife's birthday lunch the next day by taking her to one of her favorite places--Cheesecake Factory.

   Great place for brunch definitely make a reservation the earlier the better. Food and presentation was fire and was so tasty definitely coming back. I highly recommend this place the chef is amazing! You won’t be disappointed.

   Went in for brunch it was a great vibe and amazing food. Will be going again. Only downside is the parking isn’t the best.

   Coasis was so damn good me and my friends went to brunch and everything was so delicious and hot , presentation was amazing I’ll definitely be back.

   I have dined here several times and they never disappoint. This last visit was different because valet parking is $20 and there is no other option for parking unless you are ok with getting a parking ticket. I noticed that security had on a bullet proof vest which made me wonder if something happened. Those things could be a turnoff for someone who is not familiar with the area. The valet parking should be disclosed when setting your reservation so you aren’t surprised or maybe decide not to dine there.

   No parking, required to pay $20 per car. Poor choice in seating selection, cold outside, but forced to wait extra time for table that is climate appropriate. Good music, but way to loud, have to yell to hear waitress and friends.

   The overall vibe was lit. Our food and drinks were delicious. Freddie, our server, was on point making sure all our needs were met. The hookah attendant made sure our hookah was perfect… heavy clouds with excellent heat management. The DJ was spinning all the jams and finally, the parking attendants, although hectic, got it done and were courteous. Best brunch in Tampa. I understand why there’s a table time limit because if there wasn’t, nobody would leave.

    Coasis is always a vibe. If you’re looking for a lit brunch with excellent food and drinks, this is the place to be!
