It took 3 tries to get my order served correctly. The first time the entirely wrong entree came. In hindsight I should have just eaten it. Then my entree came but had obviously been sitting out for a long time. It was stone cold. When my entree finally came, everyone else was eating. I understand errors happen but they didn’t even comp me for the meal. And this is not the first time there have been service errors at Clyde’s. It happens often. I won’t be eating there again.

*Food was very good! *We had to sit in the back and our view was a table of 10 that had not been cleared and remained dirty the entire time. *our table area was greasy and dusty (but we were next to the open kitchen) * our server made an error and our appetizer/salad/entrees all arrived at the same time. Been there done that …I think I wouldn’t rush back anytime soon.

This was Valentine’s Day and the service was excellent! They were really busy, kitchen a bit backed up, however the restaurant was quaint and quiet with everyone from families to date nights. My son enjoyed the small train that travels through the restaurant. The food was delicious and arrived hot. Our server was attentive. Clyde’s rarely disappoints. It’s good to know we can depend on them for a superb experience no matter the holiday!

Service was not great. The gentleman that helped was either was too rushed (which I don’t think so) or really lacks customer service and basic serving training or skills. 2 examples out of a few more: I had to ask for my wine as he never came to ask if I wanted another glass, moreover we had not finished our desert, check was right there at our table for us to pay.
