This is a bar environment, where food menu is limited. Great place to pick up a quick bite to eat. I had a plate of tasty sliders and fries. Satisfied my appretite. Clockwork is in the Royal York. Staff was wonderful in every respect.

Staff were very pleasant. The service was excellent. The food was very tasty. A very enjoyable experience. We will do it again next year.

The food was excellent in flavour and presentation. A nice variety of savoury and sweet treats, with the added touch of festive themed deserts. The atmosphere was beautiful with lights and trees surrounding the dinning area. Among their usual premium teas, there were 3 festive flavours including eggnog and cookies and milk - delicious. We added a Mimosa and sparkling wine to our experience. Staff was attentive and very kind; a wonderful experience.

Always love going to the clockwork, but this day there was a staff protest during to no contract n no raises. This was for over 45 mins. After that we did not feel right staying so we paid our bill and left.

We are vegetarian, no meat/fish. Clockwork thoughtfully sent a message asking about gelatin as well. On arrival, they ensured we were informed about the changes in the presentation based on our restrictions. They ensured we had a wonderful time with our Serenade Afternoon Tea. The hosts were very informative and friendly and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect for a holiday outing. We ordered two mocktails which were just right! So if you are vegetarian you can still have a wonderful time for the Afternoon Tea.. we did. Thanks Again.

Beautiful atmosphere and good service … however the bread was dry … felt like the savoury portion of the servings had been sitting around awhile !

What an amazing experience we had at clockwork for high tea. I had left a note upon reservation that my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and that I was vegan. Not only they exceeded our expectations from the food and service but also the care factor was so important to them. All staff work as a team so you always feel like you’re well looked after. The general manager came to check on us as well and asked if we are happy and enjoying our time. Our server Lea was just an absolute gem, they are so lucky to have her !! We will definitely be back and recommending this place to all our friends and family.

Marvelous atmosphere. Delicious food, personal touch in every detail. The favourites for me were salmon, egg sandwich and tartine. Definitely the love is added when creating those food items. Professional and delightful service. One of the experiences that is a MUST!
