At Clementine, we’re serving seasonal, innovative eats in a modern & lively atmosphere. Our team, led by John (2023 James Beard nominee for Best Chef: Texas) and Elise Russ, draws inspiration from diverse global flavors. Our ever-evolving menu guarantees fresh and exciting options, while our dishes like the White Mushroom Salad, Ricotta Cavatelli and Clementine Crunch Bar remain cherished favorites.
Our beverage menu is small but mighty, carefully curated to include only the most delicious wines & beers from our absolute favorite producers expertly selected to elevate your dining experience. Want your own bottle? Our corkage fee is $35 per 750ml.
Our Dining Room provides comfortable indoor seating, while the Kitchen Bar boasts an exciting vantage point overlooking our open kitchen, allowing you to witness the creation of each dish. For a change of scenery, our covered patio, is perfect for al fresco dining, complete with heaters and blankets to keep you cozy on those cool nights.

In a cheery space dressed with a mural of the restaurant’s namesake fruit, James Beard-nominated chef John Russ whips up hits like hush puppies with labneh and chamomile-brined spatchcock chicken topped with chimichurri made from the onsite garden’s herbs. Go all in with the “Feed Me” prix fixe option, and don’t miss pastry chef Elise Russ’s whimsical desserts.

Phenomenal. That's the one word to describe Clementine. We visited again on Saturday evening to celebrate a long week to find, as usual, the restaurant full and lively. We were seated promptly for our 7:30pm reservation. The service and food is top notch and could make Clementine one of the top three restaurants in the city. The atmosphere was lively but not so much you could not have a conversation. I'm taking a large group of business associates in a couple of weeks. I can't wait for them to experience Clementine.

Food, service and atmosphere were all exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the feed me option along with the Sake drinks.

Such a fun experience. My wife and I decided to do one last date night before the birth of our son, and we were not disappointed. Perfect evening to sit outside, so we did. We chose the “Feed Me” chef’s tasting for two and all the selections were perfect. We didn’t leave feeling overly stuffed. Our server, Patrick, was also very attentive and friendly. We can’t wait to go back!

First visit. Went for Mardi Gras night. Opted for outdoor, tented table. Perfect weather, great service by Braden, excellent family style offerings. Could not have been a better experience!

The Mardi Gras special dinner was just incredible. Every year, Clementine outdoes itself. I am sure that we got to enjoy the authentic holiday Cajun flavor profiles that John Russ remembers from his childhood. In addition to the six courses on the special menu, there were extra treats which included a small profiterole served with banana ice cream as a palate cleanser, a chocolate mignardise, and a single serving of a cheese filled King Cake to take home. Everything was delicious with carefully planned taste and texture course progressions and optional wine pairings. I highly recommend going out of your way to attend any special dinners at Clementine which are always masterpieces of culinary art. If that is not available, try the "Feed Me" option. Both are satisfying adventures in fine dining.

By far our favorite restaurant in San Antonio. The food is incredible and the service is top notch. The Mardi Gras dinner was such a special treat.

Dining at Clementine is such a treat! One of the best dining experiences in San Antonio. We attended the Feed Me Coursed menu during their Mardi Gras celebration and it was the best. Can't wait to be back!
