Disappointing. This was my third visit and the worst experience. It was a birthday dinner. Vibe was dead (circa 8 diners) but understandable perhaps as it was Monday. Service was shocking (despite the restaurant being dead) and had to get up from the table to go find a server and ask for plates/serving utensils and asked for water several times as the request was either forgotten or ignored. The server was polite though. when the restaurant phoned to confirm the booking we were told “we see it’s a birthday celebration. Just so you know, dessert will not be free if you order one. we will simply add a message of HBD and a candle”. We were slightly taken aback at this since that was not the expectation as it was more so service and if a restaurant asks what you are celebrating, you tell them. In any event when we ordered dessert it was simply plonked on the table. no candle no message and no thought whatsoever. Service was not what one would expect. Food was the only saving grace but everything else made the whole experience underwhelming.

Food and service were really good and a great little vibe in there. Drinks are super expensive though, one tequila lime soda was £25 which we thought was outrageous!

We had a great time at CLAP today. Food was on point but the service was something else. Marius was very diligent and gave us the best service I’ve experienced in London.

We had a wonderful time. Martha was super helpful with cocktails and looked after us really well. In fact everyone were professional and helpful. Highly recommend to go food, drinks, service was AMAZING
