Our friendly environment is ideal for celebrating special occasions, hosting a business lunch or gathering for a delicious meal with friends and family. Our saloons are a comfortable gathering place to relax after a day at work, to catch a game or share an appetizer with friends. The saloon menu features signature cocktails, chilled martinis, premium and ultra-premium spirits, specialty non-alcoholic beverages, an extensive wine list, and imported and American craft beers including Claim Jumper’s own Honey Blonde, Original Red Ale and IPA. Always a great experience at Claim jumper in Henderson. Staff is so friendly. service is great. There’s always plenty of tables available because it’s so huge inside. Lots of TVs in the bar if games are on. And the food is really good and a good value for the money. The rewards program is great also so sign up. Once there was a mistake on the bill and they were super nice about it and compensated us twice over for it.

Had to ask for refills at least twice and finally got a refill. Put that this was a birthday and server never acknowledged this. When he took our drink order after waiting for a good 8 minutes for him to come over and greet us they were wrong when he brought them. Services were very slow the restaurant was not busy at all.

Saturday evening service was very slow, even though there was still plenty of seating available. They seemed understaffed as our waiter was running around. Food was of good quality.

We often eat at Claim Jumpers and enjoy the experience. We went there this night for their Valentine Day special. We made reservations on line but arrived 30 minutes early. We asked if we could be seated earlier but was very rudely told we would have to wait until our appointed time. Instead we went back to YELP and entered a new reservation time and because of that we were seated earlier. We could not understand why we could not have been seated when we arrived since there were open reservation spots on YELP. After being seated everything was great. Great service and food.

Feb 14th busy day so food took a lot of time to come, in and server was here and there. but besides that, a good experience. Great food, cooked to perfection. Portions were fairly large. Just maybe too much money for the T bone steak we ordered.
