Located in the Canopy by Hilton Baltimore Harbor Point hotel, Cindy Lou’s Fish House is a breathtaking waterfront restaurant overlooking the harbor. The restaurant is inspired by love for Southern food, flawless service, and joyful wine and cocktails. Cindy Lou’s features the most stunning views of the iconic century-old Domino Sugar refinery in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The restaurant, its wrap-around bar, and the expansive patio and promenade areas are all open seven days a week, morning to evening.

Had dinner for the first time at Cindy Lou’s to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The view of the water was beautiful! Service was just ok. The food was good, but not wow’d. I’ll go back one more time to see if it was just this experience.

The restaurant is on the water which is great and the service was excellent. The food was above average.

All the food was amazing across the board. A great wine selection , as you'd expect. Excellent service and a beautiful view of the Harbor to top it all off.

Would not go back. Food was fair. Burgers overcooked. Other entrees were mediocre. Only a few fish options which is weird for a fish house?! Service was fine, server seemed new and was nice. Atmosphere and views is the only thing going for this place. Very disappointing.

We had an early reservation that had us in a quiet, open space with a fantastic view. Our server was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable of the dishes and pairings. Dishes were done expertly well at the appropriate temperatures. No complaints at all

That was a disappointment - especially the main courses. My salmon was not seared or medium rare - more like dry and tasteless. Expensive steak was sponge-y and the sauce was way too salty. Big disappointment for the price point. Maybe the chef had the day off?

Beautiful view of the inner harbor. Food and service were great for my business lunch. Will definitely come back for dinner.
