Chef Ati Malaj has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years with Ciccio being his fourth restaurant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
When you eat at Ciccio, you will gracefully taste his carefully crafted choices of ingredients. He is consistently raising the bar with innovated twists on all of his dishes.
Our mission is to have a place with not just extraordinary food, but also one that will make you feel at home, offering the highest standards in quality and service. From the logo to the silverware, every single detail was thought out and it has a why behind it. Talking about our logo, we don’t call it just a logo; we wanted it to tell a story and that’s exactly how it turned out. As simple as it looks, it tells our story.
The word “Ciccio” [pronounced CH EE – ch oh] means “sweetheart/an affectionate way of calling someone you love” in Italian, and that is exactly how he and his family feel about this place and what it represents to them.

Sauce on gnocci was just a touch on the heavy side but it was still a great dish! Lobster ravioli was tasty. We enjoyed the gnocco fritto!

Everything was top notch as always! I am SO happy that an Italian restaurant like Ciccio is right down the street from my house.

Great wine, Christmas decor, and delicious food. The gnocchi and short rib are our favorites. Try the burrata appetizer is fantastic!!

Food is very reliably good and service is very attentive. I just wish it wasn’t so LOUD! Live music is good and appreciated but the singer/guitarist is so loud for such a small venue that it’s nearly impossible to carry on a conversation across the table.

Great food, great service, too noisy. Glad we managed to sit outside, until the wind picked up and we froze. They should invest in curtains.

Ciccio did not honor our reservation. We arrived at our reservation time (with two out of town guests…total of four) and were provided a buzzer. After waiting 45 minutes we left the restaurant…and are never going back.

We waited about 25 minutes past our reservation time, otherwise everything was great.

The food was delicious. However, the customer service was very poor. The hostesses were not very accommodating to our request to seat inside in a different table even though there were tables available and we had a reservation. Then, I requested to seat outside, and it took a few minutes to get the heaters turned on. It was a very cold evening. Out of the six heaters, only three were working. Later on, two more families arrived and one of the heaters ran out of gas. We only had two heaters available. The lack of preparation from the staff handling this situation was evident and the manager needs to equip the staff with training on how to handle these type of situations and most importantly on how to contribute to make the dining experience memorable to its clients.
