La pasta carbonara no era nada del otro mundo e además encontré que 7 pounds por una caña es excesivamente caro

Definitely a place to go if you have money but no taste. Service was poor and moody to say the least. The wine list was just named wines with no description and when I asked to see the bottle I saw why. Very cheap wines. Some of the food, potatoes for example, were definitely reheated or just poor quality. Go there if you want your Instagram photo but not for a real meal.

A black Hair was found in the squid, salads was not fresh at all. Rocket was very dry, tomatoes was soggy and not fresh. Very disappointed.

We had previously booked a table for 5 people on Christmas Eve and paid £100 deposit. However, on 7 December, we at at CIBO and it was shocking. We spoke to the manager who apologised and we advised him that we would like to cancel the table booked for Christmas Eve. The manager agreed at this point to refund £100 to the card we booked on. I then received a reminder on 24 December to say a table was booked at CIBO. I rang the restaurant and spoke to a member of staff called Megan; I explained that the table had been cancelled etc and she promised to call me back with refund details ... I didn't receive a call back and haven't received the refund.
