Our New Year’s Day menu features Lemon Curd Souffle Pancakes with mixed berry compote, a delicate Omelet filled with ratatouille and piperade sauce, accompanied by a fresh baby greens salad, and NY Steak & Eggs with frites and bearnaise sauce. For a truly indulgent start to the year, savor our Smoked Salmon Tarte Flambee with crème fraiche, salmon caviar, and lemon confit.
