CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy.                                                                                   One of our favourite restaurants for celebrating our wedding anniversary. John , our excellent server was super nice and gave us a surprise complimentary desserts and cappuccinos ! Made it a perfect day!

                                                                                  We had booked Keg then last minute decided to change as last experience at Keg was not good. So glad we did. Sat in back room pretty much to ourselves, warm, and cozy. Our server was great and attentive. Food was awesome.

                                                                                  First time here and a little quiet for Christmas - although it was Monday. The steaks were very tender but were not that warm when they arrived. Same with the French fries which were cold and I did send back. The apps were very small and they should consider a different bread for the dips. Drinks were good and waitress was excellent - Veronica I believe.

                                                                                  I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and it was such a great experience. Our waitress was so lovely! She really went above and beyond. The food was also delicious and fresh. The goat cheese dip was fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better night.

                                                                                  The experience started off poorly, with water taking 30 minutes to arrive at the table. When the appetizers were served, there was no cutlery available because "it hadn’t been washed yet." I asked for the manager, who then went to get the cutlery herself. Overall, this was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chops. They need to significantly improve, or they risk losing their reputation altogether.

                                                                                  Excellent and attentive service, food was delicious from the mushroom and goat cheese appie to the tender and juicy prime rib. First time for both my daughters and they loved it.

                                                                                  I would like to acknowledge the server Luca who greeted us with a smile from start to finish. He had a very upbeat positive attitude. Clearly he loves his job, more importantly he’s a natural at customer service!! He recommended the sticky toffee which was a hit!!
