CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with energetic rooms, stylish décor, and an award winning patio accompanied by friendly hospitality.                                                                                   Always a great dining experience here! Accommodating for a table change from the dining room to the covered patio. Great service, good food and drinks, the pink lemonade is my favourite drink!

                                                                                  My husband and I chose this place for our anniversary, hoping for a special night filled with good food and quality time together. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the service was great, but the food was deeply disappointing. The chicken wings were the worst we’ve ever had—just dry bread crumbs with no real flavor. The salmon had an overwhelming bitterness, and the oven-roasted chicken looked and tasted like it had been boiled. We wanted this night to be memorable for the right reasons, but unfortunately, the food left us feeling let down.

                                                                                  Notes it was my birthday on reaction, they were not aware when I got there. Initially seated in very dark room, asked to move. Ordered apps then server forgot to take are good orders until we were done apps. Ordered steak med-well it came bloody, had to send back. My boyfriends steak was also undercooked but he ate it anyways
