CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with energetic rooms, stylish décor, and an award winning patio accompanied by friendly hospitality.                                                                                   Luca was are server he was very kind and very polite and very helpful with myself Sonia and my friends and he recommended the steak soup 🍲 and mentioned about the lunch special soup and sandwich combo. Are Server Luca was very delightful and very funny too and he made our day joyful and fun at chop steak house in Vaughan and this was are 3 third time at this location. Love the food and great service too and the ambience was very nice and cheerful.

                                                                                  The restaurant is currently under renovations, but you would never know, as they do a great job at containing it. It is clean and the staff are efficient. They are professional but could read the table well and were able to adapt to our energy. The food, well, it's way better then other steak restaurants! Our party was 6 people and 5 ordered steaks, all different ways, no one was disappointed. I strongly recommend this venue for your nights out.

                                                                                  I have always liked Chop for its non-complicated dishes, location, and ambience. While our overall experience was great, there are few issues that need to be addressed: -The signature mushroom truffle steak was too salty - a table needs to be wiped by a server in between meals (or at least before the desert is served) - it kind of went unnoticed when I brought it up - great Christmas secure outside of the restaurant and a beautiful tree inside!
