Proudly Canadian and priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender.     Attended the soft open. Food was fantastic, Olivia our server was great and very knowledgeable given the newness of the menu. We will go again, you should too!

    Attended the pre-opening service at Chopped Downtown Toronto. Great new addition to the downtown core. The ambiance was outstanding, design of the space amazing, vibe perfect and service and food on point. It was a Fabolous evening and looking forward to their opening on Tuesday.

    Our server Lena was attentive and knowledgeable. Absolutely loved the goat cheese dip and smoked rib eye steak

    It was a Wonderful dining experience food was great, Breanna our server was very friendly and the service was great! Would definitely go back to Chop soon! :)

    Had a great experience! Staff were super friendly and made sure we had a great time. Food was very good. Had the goat cheese and mushroom with bread, halibut and rib eye. Love the ambience and decor. Will definitely be returning! One of the best overall experiences at this venue!

    I’m sure if you’re coming here you’re coming for the steaks, which I can say are cooked to absolute perfection but the oven roasted chicken was just as top tier, the bar staff was very knowledgeable and can suggest a wide variety of amazing cocktails and drinks. Highly recommend this location.

    Fantastic food, drinks and atmosphere! The sirloin and the trio of sauces was incredible. Can't wait to go back and try everything!

    Everything was great! It is a classy place. The booth we sat in felt luxurious and comfortable. The room temperature was cozy, not cold like some restaurants. The music was the perfect volume and enjoyable. The lighting was just right, not too dark but not stark. The atmosphere of the place was perfect. The food and beverages were very good.
