CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

It was delicious but we ordered mussels and 7 of them weren’t open very much so we didn’t eat them.

Our first visit. The staff were so friendly and efficient even though it was busy. The ambiance was great. We had an appetizer. It was very good; a twist on typical spring rolls. Our entrees were nice and hot. My pistachio crusted cod was a bit bland. My husband enjoyed his prime rib but didn’t rave about it. All in all a nice night out.

Literally the best meal I’ve ever had. Every bite of our appetizers and main meal was delicious. This is our first time coming here and we will be returning soon.

Went in today with my husband for date night. We had reservations and we were seated upon arrival. The server was just fantastic and the food was amazing. The manager came by with a complimentary appetizer as he knew it was our first time. It's a great place and managed well. We're definitely going to come back again

The waitress was weird and being Valentine's Day probably should have kept her comments to herself, as she made us both uncomfortable. While leaving she literally left another table taking their order to jump 4 feet and wish my husband a good valentines. Pasta was over cooked and missing most seafood. The food is much better at West End Chop. Highly disappointed and wont be back.

Exceptional service. Especially considering it was Valentine's Day. They had a ton of staff and food and drinks came very quickly. Highly recommend.
