CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

We all had the top sirloin which was cooked perfectly, the whole meal was delicious. A little pricey for a side of mushrooms ($8) but they were also good.

At this price point, the food should be excellent, and it wasn't quite there. My steak's seasoning crust was too thick and was acidic from being burnt. The filet mignon was a great cut of meat (i mean... when is it not?). The veggies were underseasoned but cooked well. The lobster was overdone as well. Again, overall, the meal was good, but at $66 for a main course per person, it's got to be top tier, and it fell short of that. The tuna tataki appetizer was good. Decent wine selection. The cocktails were all excellent, and our waitress, Jasmine, was extremely attentive and was very professional, as were all the other staff.

We had an amazing evening with my husband and parents. The service, meal and ambiance was wonderful! The steaks, mushroom rib eye soup, no bake chocolate torte was outstanding.
