Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    The girls that greeted us were very friendly. They even wished my husband a happy birthday. It was VERY busy. We did have a wonderful waitress. I don’t remember her name. She was tall, a bit heavy set. She wasn’t our original waitress. My food was amazing “the burger.” my husbands filet steak was completely brown inside. He ordered a medium. We were so hungry we ate. Other than that everything was great. He got a delicious birthday desert. We were grateful! Apryl LeBlanc

    New Year starting with steak night. Reya served tonight with excellent service as usual . The kitchen staff cooked our food to perfection

    Gluten free hamburger bun was as hard as a hockey puck. Restaurant requires a separate dedicated deep fryer for shellfish allergies. Limited eating options for peanut/tree nut and shellfish allergies. Menu needs an update and revitalization. Always great food but always the same. Server was slow and limited menu knowledge with allergies.

    It was my 60 th birthday celebration so I chose Chop steakhouse as the venue. What an outstanding experience it was . Steak was delicious ! Service was excellent . I’m definitely going back . Much prefer Chop steakhouse over the Keg. Thank you so much for making my birthday celebration so special .

    Great place to frequent…staff, food and prices are always amazing! (Happy Hour especially). I go 1 or twice a week for sure. Definitely recommend.

    All of our food was very good, delivered quickly and the service was great. To make it even better there could be more parking near the front door and they could make it easier to find the front door! It is camouflaged well!
