Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

We had another amazing dinner with friends at Chop. I reserved the lounge so we could take advantage of Happy Hour! Our table ordered 2 Chop Burgers with fries, 2 steak and fries (1 sub of mashed potatoes 1 sub of wedge salad). We also enjoyed dessert and coffee! The food was delicious, prepared as requested and a great value as we ordered from the Happy Hour menu. We had excellent service! Another great evening and reinforced why Chop is a favorite!

SARA served us last night very friendly and efficent in looking after our needs. ANGELA stopped by our table to say hello and asked how we were doing. the kitchen staff did a good job cooking my steak to perfection as always.

The waitress rushed our drink order, the bartender twice screwed up the drink, dinner was fine, the crème brûlée was thick and the sugar torched top was sodden and then the waitress cleared plates away before everyone was finished eating

Angela served us last night and quick and attentive to our requests. The kitchen prepared our meals to the way we like.Raya stopped by to say hello which was appreciated.

Overall wasn't a good experience with service waited 25 minutes for our order and a very long time between drinks.

Alisa servered us tonight very friendly and efficent looking after us my steak was cooked to the way I like .The Ambrosa craft beear goes down nice and smooth. The supervisor visited out table checking on everything was to our satisfaction.

We dined at the chop steakhouse - because it was our 59th Wedding Anniversary. Having eaten here many times before, we were a little surprised that no one had mentioned why we were at the chop steakhouse, and if it was a special occasion? After we ordered our meals, the Manager came over to speak with us. The food was great, the service was excellent and we enjoyed our evening out.
