Lo mejor de la carne británica, preparada y añejada en seco en el propio restaurante y cocida sobre una parrilla de carbón de llama abierta. El restaurante Chop House es una mezcla innovadora de parrillada inglesa y bar de cocteles, manejado por el mismo equipo del Montheits Restaurant, el Sygn Bar y The West Room. El restaurante Chop House hace mucho hincapié en la procedencia de los ingredientes y utiliza únicamente las mejores carnes de res obtenidas de proveedores artesanales escoceses. La carne se corta en el lugar y se añeja en seco durante un periodo de hasta 90 días para acentuar el sabor e incrementar la ternura de la carne. Luego la carne se cocina en una parrilla de carbón de llama abierta, especialmente diseñada para darle un sutil sabor ahumado. La fantástica oferta culinaria está acompañada de una amplia carta de vinos de todo el mundo y una lista excepcional de cocteles. El restaurante permanece abierto de lunes a viernes para el almuerzo y la cena, sábado y domingo para el desayuno, el brunch, el almuerzo y el asado dominical.

Excellent venue, really enjoyed the drink at the bar before taking our table. Service was great and the steak was done exactly as we ordered. A bit disappointed by the sauces, they were a little watery/thin. Over all a lovely night, would definitely go back.

We had a really nice meal. Steak cooked to perfection and our waitress was lovely. However the man who seated us told us immediately that we only have an hour and a half at the table. Which kinda put us off a bit. So we didn't opt for starters or a desert as there wasn't time. I appreciate they are mega busy but it did feel like a little dampener on the meal and over all experience.

All great as usual. I had to change my booking a couple of times and the response was always very fast and very courteous. Thank you to the staff!

Whilst our server did rectify our issues by reflecting it into the bill - my steak was borderline inedible and cooked horribly. My partners steak was cooked fine but lacked any actual seasoning or flavour.

Food was good, drinks very expensive even by city centre prices. £55 for a pretty ordinary bottle of prosecco Service was polite but very slow - and it was very quiet so not to do with being busy. Staff were more interested in being on computers and disappearing

The service was very slow at the start. We were seated upstairs and waited 30 minutes until our drink order was taken. We then waited so long for them to arrive my husband went downstairs to check the drinks were on their way. Thereafter, the food arrived and was delicious.

Despite adding a note about mobility issues & requesting a ground floor table they had booked us upstairs. It was quickly sorted out though. We then had to literally climb/jump up to the bench table. The floor was dirty & also a used napkin on the ground under the table. Table was dirty & only half wiped after we sat down. I was upsold the special steak but not told it was £28 more. I agree, I should have checked the price. It was overcooked unfortunately. The manager handled that situation quickly and well but overall not a good experience.
