   The little filet mignon sampler bite was full of fat. So much I was skeptical about ordering the filet for dinner. Actually ordered the full house and asked for no bearnaise sauce but it was put all over the steak. The steak was still bland and the shrimp were tasteless. The mashed potatoes would not even melt butter i put on because they were not hot. Bread basket was enjoyable. The restaurant is very small . It was our first and last trip to this restaurant. Even with the sauce mistake, the service was very good

   Cholla is one of our favorite places to have a nice dinner. My only comment is that there is a need for a 2nd bartender. With 8-9 people in the lounge, it took some time to receive a drink. Otherwise, the hostess and all the servers were timely and friendly. Thank you.

   This was our first visit to the Cholla Steakhouse. It was a very nice experience. The food was perfect and staff very attentive. We will definitely go back.

   We had not been there in a few years. Food was ok, but very salty, service was ok. Our service she was good and helpful, the busboy reached over my shoulder to serve food and clear and missed!!! Had much better memories of the place. We were dressed nice while others were not at all.

   Always great here. One of the few restaurants that you can enjoy dining with others and talk and be able to hear them. Food is always excellent as is the service. Please don't change.!!!

   I have dined here on several occasions, and the food is always delicious and the service outstanding. Tonight I took out two good friends, and although all the food was prepared deliciously, the service was not as attentive as what I have had in the past. They’re only seem to be one waiter on shift. Honestly, it wasn’t bad service and we didn’t feel unattended, but it just wasn’t on point for what I had become accustomed to. My co-diners, however, enjoyed the entire meal and had no problems with the service and actually enjoyed the gap between courses. They said it was quite relaxing and that they would definitely go back.

    Cholla is trying to be a top tier steakhouse but at a more moderate price level. The complimentary samplings, including palate cleansers and a warm towel were a nice touch The food was above and beyond for the price. If the wait staff truly wants to pull off the upscale feel, they need to put some polish on their table clearing.There were dirty plates left behind and food debris left on the table. That detracted from the top tier experience.
