Chez Pierre Bistro is an authentic and most charming French bistro that everybody wished they had in their neighborhood, where Chef Pierre develops his profound love for creative and innovative ideas in his kitchen.
The ambiance is intimate, friendly, his staff always very professional and his charming wife Esther watches over the dining room.

Chef Pierre has the extensive knowledge, passion and respect of the best ingredients from local farmers markets. His cuisine is superb and his daily specials are impressive, unique and follow the seasons.
In the winter you can find his famous cassoulet, in the spring, shad roe and soft shell crabs, in the summer, paella in addition to a selection of wild fish.

It is no surprise that Chez Pierre Bistro has been voted Best French restaurant of the Desert for the past 10 years and nominated among ”Best Chef of America” by his peers.

We like CP Bistro but I made an ordering mistake - didn't realize until it was served and I didn't want to make a fuss about swapping it out. Spouse loved his branzino! (Skip the chicken)

The food was good but the portion size for the duck was ridiculously small. The sauce was very salty. On the other hand, the amount of mussels was crazy large. Our server had no personality. He never cracked a smile. He was not forthcoming in describing the specials only recited the name that was written on the board.

Overpriced, tasteless, rude….worst French onion soup…$5 for a coke and each refill…..6 of us said never again….end of review

I ordered their classic onion soup for my entree and it was a big disappointment. For a French restaurant to serve a sub-standard French-inspired soup was not what I expected. Everyone else at the table loved their dinner. Service was excellent.

Dinner with friends was a very nice experience. The restaurant is pleasant, the service absolutely wonderful and the food very tasty. The pepper steak and steak tartare were wonderful, as were the Belgian endive salad, crème brûlée and the tarte tatin.

The calves liver was excellent. Next I will try the kidneys or the sweetbreads. I wonder how a relaatively small restaurant is able to offer such a number of entrees, including many specials of the night. At least three waiters attended our table throughout the meal. This restaurant is efficiently run, is not too noisy, and the food is always good.
