Chez Pierre Bistro is an authentic and most charming French bistro that everybody wished they had in their neighborhood, where Chef Pierre develops his profound love for creative and innovative ideas in his kitchen.
The ambiance is intimate, friendly, his staff always very professional and his charming wife Esther watches over the dining room.

Chef Pierre has the extensive knowledge, passion and respect of the best ingredients from local farmers markets. His cuisine is superb and his daily specials are impressive, unique and follow the seasons.
In the winter you can find his famous cassoulet, in the spring, shad roe and soft shell crabs, in the summer, paella in addition to a selection of wild fish.

It is no surprise that Chez Pierre Bistro has been voted Best French restaurant of the Desert for the past 10 years and nominated among ”Best Chef of America” by his peers.

Our second time and we took friends. This is a great place and we will go more often. It was a little louder than I had hoped, but that’s our fault for our guest asking for a table different than the quieter (I’m hearing impaired) table that I requested and the resturant reserved for us. Fantastic service and excellent menu choices. They should have Michelin ⭐️ Star

We always enjoy Chez Pierre and last night was no exception. We had out of town guests and they said it was one of the best meals they’ve ever had. The food and service were both excellent.

Perfection, which is why we have celebrated every anniversary here for years. I deeply covet the recipe for Pierre's chocolate mousse.

Service great, Bread and the chicken pate (offered without charge) were excellent French Onion soup was wonderful Ceasar salad was ok with not enough dressing My Osso Bucco was not good. Sauce was weak and the meat very fatty the Veal Piccata and the Sea Bass were outstanding. Overall, 4 0f 5

We like Chez Pierre but we really hate sitting in the hallway with people passing by to go to their tables. It’s not fun with 2 people. I suggest going with 4 or more or you will get a hall table. We made a reservation well in advance . When we asked for another table in a better location, he offered us the table across the hall!! He knew we were unhappy but shrugged. He was young and maybe not well trained but we will wait until another couple wants to go before we attend again. The food was fine and the service was good

Chez Pierre is always a great choice for excellent tasting food, personal service and pleasant ambiance. Their nightly specials are varied and superbly prepared. I highly recommend them for a special date night, birthday or anniversary celebration.

Wondering if the restaurant has changed owners. We have always loved the Bistro. Last night the food was very average. The Caesar salad Wasn’t good at all! The onion soup was watery. The service was extremely slow!
