Known for fusing fresh Hawaii ingredients with the exotic flavors of Asia, Chef Chai has created a culinary style that reflects the cultural diversity of Oahu and the Hawaiian Islands.

To further strengthen the partnership with Hawaii’s local farmers and fishermen, Chef Chai co-founded Hawaii Island Chefs (HIC), the second generation of Hawaii Regional Cuisine Chefs. Era experiencia para mi en personal Moy mala otros comían y disfrutarán a mi no me gusto para nada. No comí absoluta mente nada. Solo probé y todo estaba Moy dulce Pedi entrada que incluía tacos de pato. Fue mal sabor. Y Moy chicloso el pescado sibas no entiendo como pueden aurinar su sabor ? Estaba Moy pero muy dulce los pepenios y vegetales también muy dulces si quiere dosisi de azocar ve ahi y elm pastel de coco. Estaba Muy pesado con sabor muy agrio. En resumen no vale la pena no gastas tu tiempo ahi

Had excellent service and delicious food. Our waiter, Randy, was very knowledgeable in the food preparation to us. He described the ingredients for each dish. If he was not sure,he immediately went to kitchen chef and returned with correct food ingredients.

By giving card number when reserving I thought I'd paid already. Confused when I saw on the bill and had to check my card activity to verify there was no charge when I made the reservation. Everything was great. Just odd on the reservation. Maybe I missed something telling me there was no actual charge and would be collected at restaurant Rodney and your staff provided awesome service
