   Fried chicken! As an entree! As a sandwich! They’re both great. Loved the collards, too. Very nice waitress. Overall, a great pre-theater choice.

   We were greeted by friendly and cheerful staff and seated immediately. The service was great and the food was outstanding! We will definitely be back again soon!

   throughly enjoyed pre theater prix fix menu. food as always is outstanding, love new menu items. Great sangria, drink menu and desert. staff friendly and welcoming will be back soon

   We ate at a high top table in the bar area during happy hour before a play. We had the house white wine, hush puppies and Rueben subbing the fries for the pimento grits. The food was excellent and a good size sandwich and large bowl of grits to share. The bartender took care of us and was friendly and attentive. She truly made the visit enjoyable. They also offer a 20 percent discount off of the regular menu if attending a show in addition to happy hour during the week until 6. (You may have to sit in the bar area for happy hour) We thought the entire staff was friendly and food excellent quality and value for Navy Pier. You can also get discounted parking. The play allowed 6 hours for 22$, but, the restaurant had a deal as well. Loved this place and will definitely recommend to anyone going to Navy Pier!

   We were a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed their meal very much. And of course the fried chicken was outstanding.

   Went over for happy hour which ONLY includes 9 bar stools. Bait and switch tactics. So we stood by the bar for 2 hours, held our food and beverages, and ate standing up. Probably won’t go back between 3pm and 6pm. Even though we love the food, we probably won’t go back. Happy hour should be for anyone that has nothing to do between 3 and 6. ☹️

   This was my wife's and my first visit to an Art Smith restaurant. We shared the kale salad, deviled eggs and the cupcakes desert. We each had fried chicken. My wife had mashed potatoes and I did the mac 'n cheese. We hardly ever order chicken when we go out. Everything was delicious. Our server was great. We were on our way to the theater and he made sure that we were on time without rushing us. Would recommend Reunion to everyone and look forward to returning and to visiting a different Art Smith restaurant.

    How can you ruin fried calamari? They did it. It was overcooked, dry, and tasteless, which is sad because the sauce accompanying it was pretty good. The fried chicken was super greasy and too dry. It's sad that one can get better fried chicken at Popeyes. Again, this was served with some fabulous mashed potatoes. Then, to finalize with a medal of deception, their famous Humminbird cake was prepared with bananas that were not that ripe, giving that aftertaste of a green banana.
