The food was really good. Service was just super slow. It took a half hour to get a drink at the bar and that’s after sitting there for 10 minutes before being helped. He wasn’t very friendly either. They seems very informative. The server was super nice but somehow misunderstood my order. Not sure how as I pointed to it on the menu but he quickly got the order corrected and out before everyone else was done eating. Maybe they were short staffed. I would try once more but never again if same experience.

This was my first visit to Che since they moved into their new space. The expanded menu was impressive...I recommend the shrimp tacos and save room for the donuts!

Have loved Ché’s food for years. Been coming to this location more as it is more convenient for us. Been 3 times over the course of the past year and it’s now at the point where the food isn’t worth the subpar service. Have to beg to get drink orders, first appetizer arrived at 8:24 for a 7pm reservation. Were told there was a 7 and 9 top upstairs delaying everything. All fine, but this was the 3rd time in a row going over the course of the year with the same exact situation. Brought parents to try as well, they were not impressed due to the service. Not to mention it was freezing in the main room. Bummer overall because the food is great and building is super unique, but not worth the trouble. Restaurant doesn’t seem to care either

Great empanadas! A bit disappointed that bar items on menu were not available. Attentive but not obtrusive service.

We've been here before and food quality seems to have gone down for the price. Service was slow. Had to ask for drinks several times. Also, if was so cold in there. We were sat by drafty windows.

What food we did receive was very good but several members of our group did not get some of the items ordered and one did not get anything at all. After mentioning it a third time to the waiter the food was brought out from the kitchen BUT it was clearly rushed by the kitchen and the inside of the Empanadas were cold/undercooked and the outside of them were not cooked long enough either. Yet the waiter did bring out the three dipping sauces ordered, albeit an hour before the person got their food. However it wasn't even edible. Several others were missing items ordered as well. The waiter did give the one individual her food (not even edible) free but that helped little by the end of the evening. Even the drink she ordered, was not brought out with the rest of the groups. Only to find out that what she ordered was not available anymore. A GM for Che' should've come out to assist the waiter and make it right much earlier. We were understanding that it was New Years Eve and the restaurant appeared to be overwhelmed with being understaffed but ya gotta make it right.

Almost 30 minutes for sodas, almost 40 minutes for an app that was sub par. An hour and 10 minutes for bar drink that had to be remade and still wasn’t good. Food was ok but definitely not what I had experienced from having it before. By the end of our meal we had 3 servers and had to ask for everything we got. I still can’t believe I paid for anything to be honest. I can’t say I will ever be back.
