What food we did receive was very good but several members of our group did not get some of the items ordered and one did not get anything at all. After mentioning it a third time to the waiter the food was brought out from the kitchen BUT it was clearly rushed by the kitchen and the inside of the Empanadas were cold/undercooked and the outside of them were not cooked long enough either. Yet the waiter did bring out the three dipping sauces ordered, albeit an hour before the person got their food. However it wasn't even edible. Several others were missing items ordered as well. The waiter did give the one individual her food (not even edible) free but that helped little by the end of the evening. Even the drink she ordered, was not brought out with the rest of the groups. Only to find out that what she ordered was not available anymore. A GM for Che' should've come out to assist the waiter and make it right much earlier. We were understanding that it was New Years Eve and the restaurant appeared to be overwhelmed with being understaffed but ya gotta make it right.

Service was slow and there was a lot of confusion on what the happy hour was (by our waiter), then a few issues with our receipts being wrong. I’ll try it again but was disappointed with the service.

Service was poor. We waited for drinks for way too long. We had this reservation for months. It wasn’t a surprise visit. It wasn’t our servers fault. He needed help for our large group. Food was delicious once we ordered and got our food.

Server was fun and brought the holiday spirit. Food and atmosphere was perfect for a night out with good friends. The only improvement we experienced was it seemed that they were short handed but in the end it did not effect the good time and delicious meal 🎄

One of our favorites in the city. Our go-to with friends. Food is always great - both the empanadas and the sides. We love the atmosphere. Never feel cramped and can hear each other in conversation. Highly recommend.

Our server, Ryan, was excellent. Empanadas were very good, burger ordered medium rare came out well doe. Argentine salad cherry tomatoes seemed highly acidic from marinating. We enjoyed ourselves but needs some attention to food consistency

Despite what seemed like a reasonably slow night, we did not get our drink order in until 45 minutes after sitting down and our food order not taken until more than an hour after being seated. However, the food was delicious once it did arrive. The empanadas were fantastic, we recommend the buffalo chicken and short rib, however all were great including the dessert ones. Overall, despite the long wait times and poor service, the staff was friendly and food was great.
