    Poor experience due to service & wait staff. Waitress presented food on a noticeably dirty plate and took exception when my wife notified her that it was sticky and dirty. Asked for hot water & lemon that was presented in glass as opposed to a tea/coffee cup. When we asked for a tea cup, she then brought another server to our table to present teas to us. Not sure how she misunderstood that. To top it off we paid an extra $45 for over cooked lobster tail, on top of the Christmas menu that night. Maybe it was the wrong time of day & time of year.

    We were disappointed in the bartenders, who wouldn’t serve anyone who wasn’t actually sitting at the bar. We had a dinner reservation for 8:30, and we got there about 15 minutes early. The hostess told us we would be seated close to our reservation time, so we went to the bar to get a drink. All seats were occupied, which is fine, but myself and another woman stood and waited for someone to ask us for our order. Both bartenders saw us, and ignored us. It was until a couple left that I was able to sit for a second and order our drinks (I ordered for the woman to try and speed things up). Dinner was great, although a waitress told us she’d be back to get our order and then never returned. Luckily, the GM was able to fix that and get a waitress for us (and she was wonderful).

    Great food and service on Christmas Day. Special included appetizer, entree and dessert-great value. Nice to visit another Chart House in another area; we’re from the DMV. Thanks

    We were there in Christmas and there was a special menu which did not include the regular menu. It was a very good price and the food was excellent but we were looking for oysters which were not available because of the limited Christmas menu. Parking was easy in the lot close by and because it was a holiday parking was free.

    I probably should not leave a review. It was Christmas Day dinner & not many restaurants were open, which is expected. In my opinion the restaurant was overbooked & they were understaffed. It was a holiday, so a different day would probably result in a better review. They probably should have limited the amount of reservations and capped a timeframe. It’s 3 floors with food & drinks on the lower floor, which makes it difficult to accommodate patrons. They need to update service stations and to add a bar upstairs to easily accommodate all the levels equally. The food was good.

    It was disappointing to have a 6:30 reservation and to not have been sat until 6:55. I understand that things happen, but when the service was as slow as it was we quickly understood how it happened. However, our server Josh was very energetic and kind, super personable, clearly proud of the food, which was absolutely delicious. He was clearly stretched thin with the number of tables they’d given him to make up for volume. Sometimes you just have to wait for the good stuff, so a wait is something I can get over!

    Honestly disappointed by our experience today. They were running seriously behind, even though we had made reservations. We had 6 different “servers” throughout the night with very intermittent service & long wait times. It was a lot of money for a mediocre pre-fixed menu & chaotic experience. Our Christmas dinner choices were between CH and red lobster; I think we made the wrong choice.

    I will give them a pass for being open on Christmas, otherwise there service was terrible. Hope it was due to being Christmas. We ordered apps and the soup and salad came first? Waited forever for our initial drinks. Food was delicious, but the wait was atrocious (almost 1 hour passed from sitting down till our apps arrived). This was for sure not the servers fault, just mismanaged. If this is the Landry experience i am not impressed.
