   Fui por una comida en particular y ya lo avían quitado del menú. Tuve que comer otra cosa . Que tampoco esta mal.

   Casi todo muy bien, restaurante muy limpio, servicio muy amable, buen ambiente, el ballet parking muy bien, la comida muy deliciosa excelente vista al exterior, el único detalle fue que se equivocaron en nuestra orden, y nos trajeron algo que no pedimos, aunque lo corrigieron y tuvimos que esperar mas tiempo por nuestra cena, no tuvieron la cortesía de compensarnos por el tiempo mas de espera que tuvimos que esperar, y el postre tuvimos que esperar otra media hora por el.

   We had to wait over 18 minutes just to get coffee and the cinnamon rolls were hard and cold. Then, when our food came, it was equally room temperature. It was really a disappointing experience.

   Had a very upsetting experience and an uncomfortable one at that. My wife has never sent food back ever. Her steak was not done to her liking so we sent it back. While the other three of us ate and completely finished our meals I had to go to the front desk to ask where my wife’s steak was. She sent a manager over immediately(good!). Manager came over and I explained the situation. Instead of apologizing he was accusing on the steak being cooked perfectly and the new steak 7oz filet takes 16 min to cook. I said we’ve been waiting over an half an hour(bad). He then said. I’ll take it off your bill. I said I hope so since we never received it! My wife was so embarrassed and uncomfortable not to mention the clients that flew in for the meal. My wife left without even taking a bit. This should have been handled differently and definitely didn’t feel appreciated as a customer. I manage a large data center in the area. Unfortunately won’t be back or recommend. Managers name was James. I asked my server what was going on. He said the kitchen refused to cook another steak and that it was cooked perfectly. Sorry to hear this from this restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Highly disappointed. Waiter said the staff is not impressed with their manager. Even up front. Not trying to get anyone in trouble but clearly issues at this restaurant.

    We celebrated our best friend's 80th birthday at CH last evening and everyone had a great time. Our waiter was Logan who did an excellent job taking care of us. This was the second time Logan waited our table, and it was nice to have a familiar face helping us. CH is our go-to restaurant, particularly for special occasions. Ken
