Chart House es un hermoso restaurante ubicado en Spa Creek, en la zona de Eastport.     Visitamos Chart House Prime en Annapolis como una mesa de 14 personas, y nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable. Alysa, nuestra mesera, fue increíblemente atenta, asegurándose de que todos estuviéramos cómodos y bien atendidos durante toda la noche. Manejó con maestría nuestra gran mesa, siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud profesional. La comida fue excepcional. Cada platillo estaba perfectamente preparado y presentado.     Mucha demora: horas de espera entre la entrada y los platos y el postre. Es la primera vez que tengo una experiencia de mal servicio en este lugar que nos gusta mucho.

    It was my wife and I first date as a married couple :) We had chilean sea bass and scallops and shrimp. Both were top notch. Lobster risotto was best I’ve ever had. The sushi we got took nearly an hour to arrive because there was a large party but was free because it took so long. On the water beautiful view. Loud kind of rave music playing. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time and was like a 2.5 hour meal but we had a good time.

    Busy Saturday night, despite a reservation, we were seated 50 minutes late. Entree did not arrive at the table for almost 2 hours after that. No one said "sorry we are behind". We know an evening can get busy, but to simply punt on it made little sense. The topper came when one of the busboys asked how our recently delivered, overcooked steaks were, the other waiter said "Don't worry about it, he's easy going!" We expected an expensive evening, but we did not expect the less than casual approach to the customer experience. disappointed. Plenty of other options in annapolis to choose from.

    Food was great, service was great but a 50 minute wait for a table with a reservation was a deal breaker. There is a different restaurant just a few blocks away of similar quality, and I've been to that restaurant 20 times and with a reservation I've never waited more than 5 minute for a table. Beyond that it was pretty loud and prices were high end but not so bad considering the quality. View is great and again food and service were excellent, so if you don't mind the negatives then go ahead.

    They must make a deliberate practice out of overbooking themselves because I made 6pm reservations over a week in advance, and we still had to stand around their overcrowded foyer for almost 40 minutes. We were finally seated at 6:38 I believe. Food was okay - certainly good, but it better be at those prices. Expo must have screwed up in the kitchen though, because a medium-rare filet was delivered to the table as very well done (and I’m not sure it was even a filet). I’m reasonably sure they simply grabbed the wrong dish from the kitchen. They did promptly remake the filet though. The dining room is pretty loud with some not-quiet music playing - but that’s their vibe, so I don’t fault them for that. Just wasn’t ideal for my party’s tastes. Overall the experience other than the wait was fine, but with the prices they charge, I still felt there was room for improvement. Having to stand around a large crowd packed into the busy foyer with restaurant staff constantly rushing through for almost 40 minutes after we showed up on time for our reservation was unacceptable though. It was for my mother’s birthday, and I didn’t appreciate my parents in their 70s having to stand around so long like that. What was the point of making reservations if we’re going to be subjected to that? I don’t fault staff, but management for allowing themselves to get so overbooked. It otherwise wasn’t bad, but I won’t be back as a better experience can be had elsewhere for far less money.
