Everything was excellent. We used to go to this restaurant when it was Boi na Braza, but this new Brazilian restaurant is defintely better than before. The interior was upgraded so that's it has more of a very fine restaurant aura. The food is much the same type but with higher quality cuts of meat. The service was perfect. They were extremely attentive to our every need. They receive my highest recommendation - if you don't mind paying $62 per meal.

Outstanding service. Food is awesome. It was a little loud as it got busy. Price is a bit high, but overall the service and food were great and we’ll be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with elegant décor that set the perfect tone for the evening. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome throughout. The menu featured a delightful variety of dishes, and each one was a masterpiece—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The Rib Eye was a standout, cooked to perfection. Every detail, from the fresh ingredients to the seamless service, made it clear that CHAMA GAUCHA values quality and guest satisfaction. I can’t wait to return!

Meats were either rare or medium rare, had asked for more well done meats multiple times and the reply was always “I be back with that”, no one came back. The meats tasted like cheap cuts of meat. There are several other restaurants in the area that offer the Brazilian experience, this was the worst.

Still a 5 star experience tho Wellington is no longer there. Cory “ bartender” is great. He makes the 1 hour trip for us worth it to dine and drink there.
