Welcome to Cesare Ristorante, where we bring the vibrant and irresistible flavors of Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany to the heart of LA. Indulge in the richness of our authentic Tuscan cuisine by Cesare Vietina. Cesare has been a restauranteur for over 30 years in Los Angeles. His resume speaks for itself as he previously co owned Madeo Ristorante for decades with his family. His latest project, Cesare Ristorante is a lively restaurant in the heart of Beverly Grove. Cesare enjoys shopping every morning buying the freshest produce and only uses the best ingredients. His new restaurant provides a great atmosphere and the new bar is incredible. Food was fabulous! Service was a little slow but they were friendly so I could live with it. Will definitely go back. The NY steak alone is phenomenal! But the desserts were chefs kiss.

I usually don’t write reviews but had to write one for Casare’s. Every time we’ve been it’s been such an incredible experience. The owners always greet us with a warm welcome. The entire staff is friendly and personable. Service- top notch. They take pride in the details and it shows. Every dish is decadent and reveals the love of true Italian cuisine. We’ve gone for date night and with our 4 year old. Always having the best time.

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Cesare Ristorante! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere sweeps you away—warm, inviting, and elegant, with just the right touch of rustic charm. It’s the kind of place where you feel both relaxed and special, perfect for a night out or a cozy dinner. The pasta selection is out of this world. Every dish we tried was perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and made with such care—honestly, some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. The veal parmigiana was another standout: tender, beautifully breaded, and smothered in a rich, savory sauce that left me wanting more. Ps it's not on the menu but you can ask for it! But the real star of the show? The pinse. I’m calling it the best “pizza” I’ve ever tasted—light, crispy, and loaded with toppings that somehow strike the perfect balance. It’s not traditional pizza, but it’s an absolute game-changer. Cesare Ristorante has won us over, and we can’t wait to come back!

Ambience was nice but they were severely unprepared. It was a set menu and took over 2 and a half hours from start to finish. The dishes were nothing out of this world and many tables were waiting for a very long time in between courses. The servers were fantastic so this leads me to believe there were issues in the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend it

Food was not good. Spaghetti Bolognese has zero zest of flavor. Veal porcini was poor quality. Meat tasted funny. Sauce flavorless. Branzino Livornese was good but wasn't even livornese. No olives. No capers. So why not just tell us it's fish covered in marinara?

Overrated and expensive. The food took forever to come. Was mediocre at best. The proprietors are arrogant beyond belief. Of the hundreds of Italian restaurants in this city why bother with this one? As you can see in the photo what they call Focaccia is more like a flatbread. In Italy, they would not be allowed to call this Focaccia!

We ate there on a Saturday night and the restaurant inside was quite full. The noise level made it almost unbearable. The food was excellent and we will go back but will opt to eat on the outside patio. If not for the noise level, we would give it a 5
