Nestled within The Bryant Park Hotel, Célon Bar & Lounge is a chic relaxed addition to NYC's cocktail lounge scene. Combining the elegance of "Casablanca" with the allure of a speakeasy, it offers a distinctive Mediterranean atmosphere where classic and signature cocktails await.
Designed as a sanctuary to guests, it is a favorite spot for post-work gatherings, private functions, and casual evenings with friends with great drinks, light bites, and a welcoming ambiance that ensures a memorable experience for all who visit.
It features an open layout with a capacity of up to 150 guests, with two distinct tiers. The upper tier accommodates 50 guests, while the lower tier can host up to 100. For private events, a DJ booth is available for rental, ideal for both private and semi-private gatherings. For semi-private events, a dedicated section will be roped off with a private cocktail server. A private event at Célon Bar & Lounge includes a full buyout of the space.

Drinks and atmosphere were wonderful. Our server was very sweet but it did however take 30 minutes to receive our drinks in a mostly empty lounge as we were there right at opening time.

Bar menu isn't great. We had edamame and fries. The fries were like McDonalds fries. Edamame was fine but neither are worth the price. Drinks were well crafted but tiny. Two sips and you need another cocktail. Servers were excellent, space is cool but wouldn't return by choice.

Drinks were fine but overpriced. Atmosphere is cool. Disappointed by the food choices. Overpriced French fries that were basically school cafeteria quality. For the price you pay, I expected more.

The food (only bar bites available) was delicious, though the selection was very limited. We dined there at 7:30pm on the Thursday after Christmas, and the holiday drink special was already sold out.

Our waitress was outstanding. Very nice chill vibe. Great date spot...could stand to be a little darker but that's no biggie. Bar food was outstanding. California roll, fish taco, French fries..ect..ect definitely going back

I understand it was a Tuesday but the view was off. Music option was not lounge & the lighting wasn’t the best to make it more intimate. Sushi is great thou.
