   as always, a great experience. For 630 on Wednesday night there we’re a decent number of tables already seated, which says a lot. I had New York strip my brother had fillet both done to perfection sides were great. The service was efficient and unobtrusive, which was perfect for the type of dinner we were having as usual I look forward to my next dining experience here.

   The food and service are always outstanding so we always choose Cellaio. There are not many restaurants to choose from at Resorts Catskill but thankfully they have Cellaio!!!

   We got to meet Scott Conant!! He was super nice and friendly. The entire meal was excellent as usual! My cocktail was delicious!

    From the moment we walked into Cellaio, we were welcomed with warm, smiling faces. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and a bit romantic. Our server was amazing, attentive, and very helpful with any questions we had. For apps, my husband had the raw oysters (he's craving more of them today 😊) I had the shrimp cocktail, that could be a meal in itself, so good! For the entrée, I chose the Trenette Al Vongole. It was beyond outstanding, the flavor was on point. My husband had the skirt steak with a side of the creamed spinach, all amazing as well. He asked our server what sauce he recommened to go along with the steak, and without hesitation he said the chimichurri. It was not on the menu, so make sure you ask for it! We will definitely be going back again to try some other dishes. Biggest BONUS, we met Scott Conant!! Overall, if you're a big foodie like us, Cellaio will NOT disappoint. Thank you Chef Scott and Cellaio!!
