We had to flag him down to get waited on but when he did wait on us it was pleasant. Food took way too long as we waited just shy of two hours for our food. Quality of food was decent. I had the steak which was good. We also had the scallop risotto, the scallops were cooked nicely but the rest was sub par. Overall we can say we tried Cedar and Sage but that will be the one and only time.

                                                                                                                                                                Got seated right at 6:30. Our waiter maybe checked on us three times. 4 tables around us got their food before us and we were seated before all of them. At 8pm we walked up to the hostess and said we were leaving and wanted to pay for the appetizer we did receive (not from our waiter). She said don’t worry about it and sent us on our way. No apologies or anything. Horrible service!

                                                                                                                                                                For a Thanksgiving buffet at a a hotel restaurant it was beyond our expectations. Our group enjoyed ourselves very much, very much! The food was very, very good. Service was excellent. Will we go again next year? Definitely
