Join us in the charming Cedar + Elm dining room for a artfully curated dining experience, crafted course by course by the hands of Executive Chef Luke Kolpin. Experience the best of the bounty of each season through thoughtful renderings of Northwest cuisine with his signature Nordic touch, taken from years at restaurant NOMA in Copenhagen. Let us guide you through 5 courses of meticulously plated offerings, leaving nothing to be desired. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if any dietary restrictions or allergies need to be accommodated. Optional wine pairings are $65 per person. This experience will only be offered as advanced ticketing, and is only available on specific nights and in limited quantities. Not to be missed!

Join us in Tonsorium Bar and the Historic Remington Ballroom for a night of festive Irish fun and tradition! Local 4 piece band Dublin Abbey will be providing their signature Irish and Folk sounds. The Guinness will be flowing, and some great signature Irish cocktails and cuisine will be on the table! Tickets include entry to the performance, which runs from 6-9pm in Remington Ballroom, and a drink ticket for the Tonsorium Bar, along with all the other fun to be had on the first floor.
