   comida regular, atencion nefasta pues habiendo reservado nos sentaron 45 minutos más tarde, sentado gente antes que nosotros, ruido ensordecedor sobre todo la jefa de sala que no paraba de gritar, y dentro como sardinas en lata, en una palabra MAL

   We regularly go to Cecconis it’s somewhere we all really love. Unfortunately one pasta dish came out freezing cold returned and came back cold again, it is a shame as we always really look forward to it.

   The manager at the front a woman was extremely rude and unwelcoming. What was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner for a friend was ruined by her awful attitude and constant eye rolling. However, the servers were delightful. It’s completely okay for staff not to be lively but theres no need to show customers attitude and project.

   Lovely food, great atmosphere and friendly and attentive service. We were in need of a speedy meal due to eating in between seeing parts one and two of “The Cursed Child” play, and this was the perfect spot. The staff were lovely and kindly put a candle in my son’s pudding and sang him happy birthday.

   We arrived 10-minutes early to our reservation to be told on arrival that their card machines were not working and that we’d need to pay in cash but the restaurant would be unable to provide change. We agreed and went to a cash machine however by the time we returned the restaurant had cancelled our reservation. Luckily they were still able to seat us but the overall dining experience was very rushed. The restaurant itself is lovely, albeit very loud.

   Great service from start to finish, very accommodating and helpful. Food was great and came very quickly, as well as the drinks. Atmosphere was really vibey, we left just before the DJ came on but I could see it getting very lively! Will definitely be returning.

   Amazing food as always but unfortunately the service was very slow, luckily me and my friends were happy catching up and not in a rush, but we had to ask for menus twice, ask to order our food and asked for the bill 4 times to then just go up to the bar and pay!
