Since 1986, Casanova Italian Restaurant is at the heart of the Upcountry Maui lifestyle. From Sunday brunch right into dinner, you may expect the best Italian food on the island (as voted by countless local magazines’ surveys). Fresh salads, pastas, seafood and pizzas from Maui's first wood burning oven are Casanova's signature dishes. Loyal patrons appreciate Casanova's very reasonable prices. Fuimos a cenar por nuestro aniversario y ha sido por ahora nuestra mejor cena en Maui, buen ambiente, buen servicio y sobre todo buenisima comida. No es barato pero pagas por comer bien

We had the Rigatoni and the Etruscan chicken. It was so delicious and don’t get me started on the bread!!! 10\10. We will definitely be back! Thank you such great service.

We shared the special Lamb Shank with risotto and gravy. It was delicious, fresh and served hot. The Kale Caesar salad was fresh, crispy and served cold. Portions on all the dishes are generous. Cold drinks and an attentive and friendly Bar server and staff also.

Absolutely delicious Italian food with all home made pasta and wood burning pizza. We had each ;) We took our 3 little children here for dinner last night for Valentine’s Day and it was loud and energetic, and we loved it!! It’s an Italian place, c’mon!! The service was the best we’ve had on island- as it always is, and the food came out piping HOT- the way we like it! There are no complaints! We didn’t have to worry about our kids being too loud bc it’s an energetic restaurant that had live music. Our night couldn’t have been any better. We will definitely return.

Our server(s) were Keri and Lilly. They were AMAZING!!! We never had to ask for anything, they anticipated our every need!!! The server assistants were also on top of everything. Plates cleared, water glasses refilled, etc! Our entire experience was perfect! We made the huge mistake of going to the Casanova Bistro in Kahului… We will never go there again. The food was subpar and the service lackluster compared to yours and Makawao!

The food at Casnova is consistently good. The service was not so good, I was finished my meal before everyone else got their and their meals came at different times. Other than that very enjoyable.

The restaurant was full at 5:45. Cold drinks and salads. Server was friendly and attentive. Pastas and steaks were served hot and cooked as ordered.
