A message from our owner and CEO inviting you to check out Casa Santa Restaurant our new concept by Arechiga Restaurant Group.
The doors of my new restaurant Casa Santa have finally opened. If you enjoy Verde, I’m excited for you to see what my team and I have prepared for you with this new concept.
Casa Santa is located at 13521 Tegler Dr. in Noblesville and celebrates my Mexican culture and heritage in a way that makes me very proud. I hope you can come check out my new location soon.

Our server Silvia was wonderful! She was friendly, timely, and overall made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was delicious and plentiful! We had guacamole (super fresh and tasty), arroz con pollo, and pollo asado (the mole was very flavorful). We had enough for leftovers the next day. The cocktails are expensive though and the skinny martini seemed about half the portion of the Texas margarita, yet only 3 dollars less ($14 vs $17). The La Malinche cocktail’s mezcal was very smoky and completely overpowered the flavor so you couldn’t taste raspberry/ginger/lime. Overall the ambiance is great, the decor mostly tasteful (the fake hanging vines and basket like shades look cheap though). It was a very busy evening as it was New Year’s Eve and the line up to get a table was out the front door. I feel management could have handled those who had reservations more efficiently. It was a very slow process to get to the hostess and people in the line weren’t sure whether they should be lining up with the people who didn’t have reservations. But considering it was so busy, once seated, the flow of service went well. Overall, we would return but it wouldn’t be a regular place for Mexican food as there are several places in the area whose food is just as tasty but less expensive.

The food was very average. Prices are elevated to match the ambiance. The restaurant is beautiful, very much a resort like feel. We were there on NYE, so not sure if music was louder than normal but seemed a little too loud for comfortable dining. It should be noted that we were there early, out by 7pm. Service was decent, could have been a little more attentive but definitely acceptable and pleasant. 50/50 on a return visit.

A beautiful place to start with. Ambiance was fantastic and a bit loud but could handle that. We had one menu to read because they ran out of them. The service was good and I thought our waitress did a fine job. The food took forever to get to our table and was very cold. I think the food is overpriced for the quality. I will give it another shot but would likely choose other options for the same pricing.

Great atmosphere. Definitely upscale Mexican food. Our family of 5 had very good meals and we highly recommend the table side guacamole!

Our second visit to the restaurant. Both times the food has been excellent. It’s best to have that guac made at your table, Delicious!

Beautiful restaurant. Service started out strong, but then our server seemingly forgot we existed. Our food came out, with only 6 of the 7 entrees. It took 15 minutes for the other entree to arrive. Then that entree was wrong--but the lady that brought it out ran away quickly. The server never came back, and by the time we we finally were able to get his attention, everyone was done eating, and my husband still had the wrong food and had not eaten anything. At this point, we just wanted to pay and leave. Sad ending to what could have been a nice meal.

Casa Santa ALWAYS has great food. I would recommend making a reservation because they are so busy. ( what would you expect at a great restaurant) We usually go every week because the food is amazing. Our favorite thing is the shrimp fajita. It’s always a wonder experience.

Food and atmosphere are awesome, service was not as good, they need more coordination. We ordered some dishes that are to share and when they brought them we didn't have plates for about 10 minutes, so we were just watching at the food all that time. A little of training to the servers would benefit the restaurant to take this place to the next level.
