We offer a house baked bread basket to accompany our authentic Italian menu in a relaxed atmosphere with a well appointed bar. We have the best patio with a fireplace in Birmingham called “Piazza”

We are open Tuesday-Friday from 4 pm to 5 pm for Happy Hour. Only the Happy Hour menu will be available during that hour.

We had a wonderful server in Elena, who kept excellent tabs on us the entire evening. The burrata is a luscious dish, with some serious heat sprinkled throughout the plating. Bronzino and Lamb rags pasta were spot on. Kudos to the kitchen on a fabulous dinner!

I’ve been to casa Pernoi a few times and had mixed experiences. Always have the ragu and add sausage. Tonight they would not add sausage bc they said it was a set menu w no substitutions whatsoever. Firm. In my opinion, if you’re paying for fine dining italian and you want to add protein to a dish, that should not be an issue- especially if that’s what they’ve done every other time. I heard almost every nearby table ask for something and be told no. Probably won’t be going back.

I came here with two of my girlfriends and Mitchell was our server. He was outstanding, hilarious, kind, and was always there and ready. Truly the epitome of perfect service!!!He had wonderful service. 10/10. Food was outstanding too. The greca, ribeye, bronzino, cacio e Pepe, and the banana dessert. Loved it.
