Chef Cristina's tortilla classes are a hands-on experience that immerses people in one-on-one time with Chef Cristina Martinez to learn the culture, history, and cultivation of corn used in the restaurant. During the experience, the chef will demonstrate a technique rooted in Mexican culture that shows the grain process of tortillas. Attendants then will be allowed to make their tortillas using ancient traditional equipment with instructions from Chef Cristina. after the demonstration, there will be an open conversation segment where you can ask the Chef questions and enjoy tortillas.

Great gluten free options! Delicious meal. Recommend the ceviche, esquites, and the mole and verdes enchiladas. The meat platter for two is also a great date night option if you like diy tacos.

Had such a great experience! We were a group of 10 and Casa Mexico was extremely accommodating. The food was so good and the staff was very kind.

Very casual atmosphere. Waitress was very nice. This is a BYOB!! We ordered a couple of appetizers which came out quickly. Ordered peanut chicken and chicken mole. Both were nice portions and tasty. The mole sauce was fantastic. Each dish came with rice and beans which were nothing to write home about. We both thought the mole chicken was the best dish of the dinner.

The experience at Casa Mexico was phenomenal! The atmosphere made us feel right at home. Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions about the culture of the food. The food was delicious. We cannot wait to visit again!

I tried the moles, and they were absolutely incredible beyond delicious! They exceeded all my expectations. Plus, Chef Cristina Martínez was incredibly kind and made the experience unforgettable. Coming again very soon!

Amazing place, I had heard very good reviews of the restaurant and its Chef Cristina Martínez, but it was not until I saw her Chef’s Table on Netflix that I decided to visit his restaurant. Today she brought me a great experience with the flavors, attention and atmosphere of the place. Above all, seeing Chef Cristina in person and being so friendly and attentive is something incomparable. I would give it 10 stars if it were possible.

The staff was accommodating and courteous. The food was authentically Mexican which my friend and I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Casa Mexico to anyone who wants to experience true Mexican cuisine.

I was thrilled with Chef Cristina's presence at my meeting. The mole was exceptional, and the enchiladas were delicious. Her attention to detail and passion for cooking truly shone through. Highly recommended! I will definitely be using her services again in the future.

Having heard that South Philly Barbacoa was phenomenal but being a vegetarian and not able to try it, I was super excited to dine at Casa Mexico. I looked at the menu online ahead of time and was thrilled they offered alcohol so we didn't have to BYO. Upon arrival we were seated by a very lovely gentleman who despite having some language barriers, was so kind & clearly busy outside while inside had a private event. We found out there was in fact no alcohol on premises so we had to send one of our guests to the store. Not a huge deal, we just would've come prepared since we were celebrating a wedding. For starters we had the Esquites which was warm and very yummy and the Camarones ceviche which was the best thing we ate all night. One guest had the Enmoladas pollo which she loved. Another the Chile Relleno which they also liked a lot. But two of us had tacos (Conchinita Pibil and Crispy Fish) which were VERY underwhelming. They lacked flavor and the fish was so dry and overcooked. I have since heard back from the restaurant and they explained that their website is under construction so that is where the confusion with alcohol came from. I do appreciate their response but still do not feel we'll be back. The experience just didn't live up to the expectation.
