Renown Italian restaurateur Mario Laccarino is pleased to invite guests for a taste of the Sorrento Coast at Casa Don Alfonso. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch, the menu tells the story of traditions passed down for generations in the family homes of southern Italy. These recipes come from a magical place, ripe with the culture and beauty of the Mediterranean. Alongside an unmistakable commitment to hospitality and service, Casa Don Alfonso brings hand-crafted flavors and carefully chosen ingredients with every bite.

Family of Iaccarino honors the culinary heritage of the Campania region, with seasonal ingredients that closely resemble the sun-kissed produce harvested at the Iaccarino family’s farm. Fresh, handmade pastas create an edible narrative of the Iaccarino legacy, while whimsical desserts transport guests to Naples’ nostalgic bakeries.

After a rough start, hostess had no personality and shouldn’t be the first person guests meet. Our server was outstanding and saved the evening. We had a delightful 3-course prix fixe dinner with wine to match each course. The lobby and entrance was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Service was excellent. Food and drinks were good, though food was pretty small portions for the price. Ambiance was nice and it wasn’t too loud.

The brunch buffet is outstanding. The quality of the food and service is incredible. It is expensive, especially for the holiday buffet. But very, very delicious.

Attending the Christmas Day Brunch Buffet was superb! The quantity of food choices was immense and of top-notch gourmet quality! Our server, Paris, was so cordial, attentive, and very professional. The beef, salmon, vegetable dishes, butternut squash bisque, breads, fresh honeycomb honey, and all of the elegantly prepared desserts were breath-taking and so delicious. Thanks for making our culinary experience so special!!!

The Christmas buffet brunch was as spectacular as promised. I enjoyed all of the dishes that I tried, and the cocktail that I ordered was delicious as well. My one quibble with the service was that we didn’t see our waitperson for a spell after we were seated, so it wasn’t initially clear what we should do about beverages. It was a small hiccup in an otherwise smoothly-running operation.

Good food quality and choices were ample; both salmon varieties were absolutely delicious! The oysters, shrimp and prime rib my husband had were evidently good as well. If only we’d had a better table as requested ( not by waiter stand )on the open table reservation!! Waiter was kind. Cocktails : tasty but the lavender foam was more like slime. The gorgeous kitchen, clean bathrooms and nice atmosphere kept it all festive! We would book it again ; )

The hostess Josie was nasty. We got there a bit early so I just went up to check in and she started yelling at me after she cut me off and interrupted me. It was really rude. She was certainly not welcoming at all. And she did it in front of other people. It was embarrassing and humiliating. I have started from nothing 3 businesses which I have owned and operated and 2 of those are multi million dollar businesses. So I know a thing or two about operating a business. If she had done that to a client or customer of mine I would have fired her on the spot. We usually come here every year for Christmas but next year we’ll look for someplace else.

It was an overpriced buffet. I liked it better when they had serving stations instead of one buffet line. The seafood was ok, but you should also include sushi. I thought you would get a complimentary glass of bubbles when you sat down. I don’t mind paying for the bubbles, but it took forever to get service-and we were the first seating at 11:00. This place can do much better, because it has done much better.
